Winter Membership Drive

Now through March 15th, any member, who is in good standing in any membership classification and who is the TOP LINE, MAIN SPONSOR of a new FULL GOLFING MEMBER will receive 50% off their dues for ONE YEAR. The sponsoring IHCC member may sponsor up to TWO new members. That means 100% OFF – NO DUES FOR ONE YEAR! As an incentive to the new member candidates, those joining during this promotion which ends March 15th, will not be charged regular dues until April 1, 2010. This promotion is for new Full Golf Memberships ONLY. Non Golfing, Junior and Corporate memberships are not included in this promotion. Membership applications are available from the club office, in the clubhouse foyer and on the “membership” page of the website, www.indianhills-bgky.com. Please contact us at 842-0041 if you have someone interested in joining. While the $1,050 stock purchase must be paid in full with a new member’s application, there are three payment options for the $2,000 Initiation Fee. Any applicant choosing the second or third payment option will be required to sign a committal note for the duration of the option they’ve chosen. The three payment options are:
1. If paid in full with the application, it will be $2000.
2. If an applicant wishes to make two payments, $1,250 will be due with application and
$1,250 due one year from submission of application, ($2,500).
3. If an applicant chooses four payments, $750 will be due with the application and $750 due
every six months for the next 18 months, ($3,000).

Credit Card Service is Coming Soon
In early March, IHCC will begin accepting MasterCard and VISA for purchases in the Pro Shop for merchandise, guest fees and daily cart fees and in the bar/restaurant for daily food and beverage purchases. Credit cards may only be used for the items described. We will not accept charge cards to pay dues, stock, initiation fees or any annual fees. These items must still be paid by check.
Banquet & Party Information Sheets
We will be sending out copies of our new Banquet and Party Information sheets to all members. These sheets list all available menu items and prices as well as extra services available to Indian Hills members. There are many new and exciting choices and we believe this will be the finest, most extensive selection in town. Please read them and keep them on hand. We will mail them to you on Thursday, March 4th.
Drawing for Free Dues
On the nights of the Stag Night and Fish Fry, we’ll have a drawing for a free month’s dues. You must be present and must have dinner to win. If we haven’t drawn a winner after five tries, we’ll draw from a separate bowl having the names of just those present for a free dinner.

Fireside Dinner – Friday, March 12th @ 7:00 pm
For this month’s Fireside Dinner, Jake will be preparing Ceviche, Poached Salmon, Grilled Ratatouille, Cranberry Fried Rice and Lemon Meringue Pie for $18.95/person. This great price includes an appetizer and dessert. Call us now to make your reservations, 842-0041 by March 11th @ 5:00 pm.
St. Patrick’s Day Dinner 7:00 pm, Wednesday, March 17th
The St. Patrick’s Day Party menu includes: Irish Soda Bread, Scones, Apple Bacon Salad w/cheese dressing, Slow Cooked Corned Beef w/Carrots and Cabbage, Boiled Potatoes in Lemon/Chicken Broth, Irish Lamb Stew and for dessert Potato Pie and Guiness Cake. $15.95/person
There will be Guiness, Harps, Baileys and Bushmills for toasting till midnight. Reservations are a must! Not Irish? Go to Ancestry.com, dig back a few generations and you’re sure to turn up a lad or lassie somewhere. But even by some remote chance you don’t – put on the green and come out to IHCC on Wednesday, March 17th for our St. Patrick’s Day Dinner (and of course whenever there’s two or more IHCC members – A PARTY)!
Stag Night Dinner – Thursday, March 18th @ 7:00 pm
Join us for Stag Night Dinner and the first night of March Madness. We will be serving Seafood Gumbo, Chicken E`touffee, Rice, Chopped Salad with Bread Pudding for dessert for $14.95. Reservations must be made by Wednesday, March 17th. Five names will be called for the Free Dues Drawing – must be present and signed up for dinner to win. If no one wins the dues drawing, we will draw from the names of those signed up to see who wins the free dinner.
Family Fish Fry – Friday, March 26th @ 7:00 pm
The final Fish Fry of the season will be held on Friday, March 26th. This is a “family event”. Baked fish will also be available on the buffet. The menu for the Fish Fry includes White Beans, Cornbread, Potatoes, Cole Slaw and Dessert for $10.95/adult and $5.50 for children 12 and under. Guests are welcome. Please make your reservations by Thursday, March 25th by phoning 842-0041. Five names will be called for the Free Dues Drawing – must be present and signed up for dinner to win. If there is not a winner for the dues drawing, we will draw a name from the list of dinner patrons to see who wins two free dinners.
This Month’s Statement
This statement includes annual cart storage ($450 Gas and $500 Electric), drive on fees ($350) and Annual Cart Rental Fees ($600 for single usage and $800 for a couple/family usage). The Annual Range Program charges will be on your April 1st statement.
All members not included in the annual cart programs listed above (storage, drive on and rental plan), that ride in a privately owned cart or a club owned cart will be charged cart rental at the current rate of $16/18 holes and $9/9 holes. If you are already paying one of the cart related annual fees, you will not be charged cart rental for your round if riding in a private cart. If you pay cart storage or the drive-on fee, you will be charged if riding in a club owned cart. Please be reminded that all member accounts are to be paid in full each month by the 10th. Late charges are posted on the 20th. |
