You can schedule half-hour or one-hour sessions with the OpFitness team of trainers for individual, group fitness session, or get a package with several sessions.

Clayton Tandy received his B.S. in Health and Nutrition from Western Kentucky University and obtained his Personal Training Certificate from the American Counsel of Exercise (ACE). Clayton enjoys working with individuals of all ages and exercise backgrounds. His areas of expertise include general fitness, flexibility, core strength, stability, and pre-/post-op rehabilitation. His friendly personality, passion for healthy living, and knowledge of exercise and nutrition give him the perfect tools to help every member of Indian Hills Country Club achieve their fitness goals.
