Late Fees Policy
We ask that all members please have their bills paid by the 10th of each month. We apply our late fees starting on the 20th each month.
Club Rules
Club Rules
Each year we send out a rules reminder for everyone to review with their family. A full copy of the Club Rules can be obtained by clicking on the button below. The most common infractions and recently violated policies are addressed below.
Swimmers
- Shirt or Cover Up and shoes must be worn inside the Clubhouse.
- The Kiddie Pool is for the kiddie’s and their parents.
- No floats in the kiddie pool – they are to be in the shallow end of the lap pool only.
- All members are to sign in at the check in station each day.
- All guests, are to be signed in.
- When driving, please remember to stop and make sure #12 tee box is clear before driving in and when leaving the club.
- Members’ children over the age of 21 are not to utilize the pool or golf course without being accompanied by a member and registered as a guest.
- All swimmers are to adhere to the established Red Cross Guidelines when thunder is heard or lightning is seen. Please do not dispute the lifeguard’s authority. They will blow the whistle signalling everyone to leave the water at the first sound of thunder or sight of lightning. The National Lightning Safety Institute recommends waiting at least 30 minutes after the last sound of thunder is heard before resuming activity in the water. This has been our longstanding policy and will continue to be so.

Golfers
- No one under the age of 16 is to drive a cart – club owned or privately owned.
- All golfers must call the Golf Shop, 270-843-8256, to obtain a tee time.
- Tee times may be secured up no more than 7 days in advance.
- Dispose of your trash in the trash receptacles provided.
- Cigarette butts are considered trash and should not be left on the course.
- Return all coolers and golf towels to the bag room attendants.
- T-shirts are not permitted on the golf course, a collared shirt must be worn.
- Please review the golf course section of the ‘Club Rules”.

Patio & Snack Bar Menus
Below are the menus for both the Snack Bar and our new patio grill to be located on the upper deck between the pool and clubhouse. The patio grill will only be available on Saturdays & Sundays, 11 – 2. There will be bar service on the patio from 11 – 5.
The Snack Bar will be open daily from 10-6. In addition to the Snack Bar menu below, you can order items that are prepared in the kitchen Tuesday – Sunday(pizzas, chicken tenders, onion rings, cheese sticks & fries) from the Snack Bar. These items will be available during the kitchen hours listed above.

BGCC Policies During the Green’s Conversion
BelowDuring our greens conversion this summer, beginning June 25, 2018, Bowling Green Country Club will still honor the current agreement we have allowing any IHCC Golfing Member to play there for $35 per round of golf, with cart included.
However, during the conversion time, they ask that IHCC members pay as they play and eat. Reciprocal charges will resume once our course reopens. There will be no restrictions on tee times Tuesday through Friday, but there will only be tee times available after 12:00 pm on Saturday’s & Sunday’s.

Friday Night Dinner: Pizza by the Pool
Please note: in light of a Member’s Rehearsal Dinner, and the Duo Cocktail party, we will only serve Pizza this Friday Night, June 1st for Club Dinner. Jake will be preparing a few special pizzas including:
