A Message from the GM

Welcome home to Indian Hills! Since 1956, our Club has been a haven for busy, hard-working families and individuals to relax, play, and socialize. As your General Manager, I am honored and excited to serve you in this special place.

My business background includes over 40 years of experience in personnel management and organizational decision-making. At Indian Hills, I take a proactive approach, working with our talented staff to provide the best in service, maintain our top-notch facilities, and ensure your membership dollars are responsibly managed.

As an enthusiastic golfer, I also enjoy a regular round on the course, and I hope to see you there! Experiencing what the Club has to offer, both on and off the course, helps me understand how we can improve the Indian Hills experience for our current members – and those we have yet to meet.

Greg Reynolds brings 40 years of experience in leadership, management, marketing and financial planning. Mr. Reynolds has built and guided our team as a General Manager of Indian Hills since 2012 and has more than exceeded the expectations of our membership. Mr. Reynolds excels in Financial Management, Contract Negotiations, and Operations Management as well as Customer Service and Public Relations.

John has been an employee at Indian Hills since 1998. John turned pro in 2004 and became Head Golf Professional in 2006. He strives to meet the member’s needs, manage the golf shop, give lessons, and run the day-to- day golf operation. John became a PGA Class “A” Professional in the fall of 2016.

Kyle has been employed at Indian Hills since 2010. He started as a bag boy and through hard work and dedication he was able to move up the ranks. Kyle turned pro in 2016 and became the assistant golf professional in 2016 as well. He strives to make sure the membership is always satisfied by giving lessons, managing the golf shop and running daily operations. Kyles passion for golf has given him the opportunity to join the PGA program, which he will start in March of 2017

Bob's employment with IHCC began in 1994. He continues to learn both on the course and in the classroom. Bob holds certification from Rutgers Cook College of Continuing Professional Education's Professional Golf Turf Management Course. He's a Class A Superintendent in the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA). Bob is also a member of these local associations: Middle Tennessee Golf Course Superintendents Association (MTGCSA), Tennessee Turf Association (TTA), and Kentucky Turf Council (KTC).

Jason Hopkins started working here at IHCC in 2016. He is a graduate of Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor's in Turfgrass Management. He was employed at Standard Country Club in Louisville, Ky and also interned at Augusta National, for the past eight years, Jason worked for the City of Bowling Green's Golf Division. Jason enjoys golfing, hiking, and traveling.

Michael Reynolds began working at Indian Hills Country Club in October of 2011 as a Golf Shop attendant where he worked for three years under Mr. John Mullendore ( Class A PGA Golf Professional). In 2014 Michael began working as a Golf Course maintenance employee where he still works today. Michael enrolled in the Turf and Golf Course Management program in the fall of 2014 at Western Kentucky University where he graduated with his degree in May of 2017. Upon Graduation Michael became an Assistant Course Superintendent working under our Golf Course Superintendent Mr. Bob Mclean ( Class A GCSSA Course Superintendent). Michael enjoy's spending time with family, playing golf and enjoying the outdoors with his Girlfriend Aubrey and dog Rudy on his Farm in Smiths Grove Kentucky!

Cindy’s employment with Indian Hills started in 1980 as a summer job in the Golf Shop and Bag Room. In 1983, she moved to an administrative position in the Club’s office and is still with us today. Her knowledge of the club's policies, rules and members is a great asset to us all. If you have a question or need anything, Cindy will be glad to help you or direct you to the person who can.

Emily brings a friendly, positive presence to Indian Hills. Emily is not only a WKU graduate with a business degree and a minor in marketing, but also has a high skill level in serving, bartending and event coordination, making her a great asset within both the administration and hospitality operations of the club.

Caroline Watts is a Bowling Green native. She is a graduate of Western Kentucky University, where she earned a bachelors degree in history. She has been a coaching swimming for over 25 years. She has been the assistant swim coach at BGHS for 12 years. Caroline has four daughters. She joined IHCC staff in 2010 as pool manager and assistant swim coach.

Dorian has over 16 years of Restaurant management experience. His leadership skills were refined while serving in the United States Marine Corps. Dorian will oversee Indian Hills' Food and Beverage program and clubhouse operations, as well as assist in event coordination.

Jake began his employment with Indian Hills in 2004 as a bartender and quickly rose up the ranks to Bar & Restaurant Manager. His love for cooking led him to his current position as Club Chef. From private four-course dinners to cookouts for 300, Chef Jake can handle them all.

Alicia Doran, a graduate of the Augusta Tech Culinary College, began her employment with Indian Hills as Sous Chef in 2013. Alicia has become a multi-talented employee, with skills in bartending and event coordination.
